The Clinical Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality substance use disorder treatment and mental health services and providing guidance and support to clinical staff.  Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and evaluates clinical staff in their provision of counseling services; provides counseling intervention with clients and provides training to ensure that industry best practices are adhered to; and reviews and approves clinical documentation to ensure integrity and completeness. No holidays, weekends or evenings required.    Position Requirements Master’s Degree 3 Years of practice as LCSW 5 years proven experience providing clinical supervision. Residential treatment and special populations Strong knowledge of clinical modalities for substance use disorder treatment including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Universal Screening, Brief Negotiated Interview (BNI).     This position is currently accepting applications.
