Network Support Administrator 

  • Professional, courteous and timely communication with users including adherence to Support Procedures for required communication timeframes with user. 
  • Network troubleshooting, diagnostics, resolution, and escalation.
  • Server troubleshooting, diagnostics, resolution, and escalation.
  • Telecom support for adds and changes
  • Daily/weekly review of monitoring tools for outages or trending issues.
  • Daily review of tickets to monitor for time sensitive issues.
  • Miscellaneous project work as needed that could cover desktop, network activities or other
  • Support and backfill Service Desk Technician as needed.
  • Image management: create, test, implement, and manage standard processes and image desktop and laptop computers.

Document and maintain system configuration and support procedures, server and network diagrams and other documents that detail the environment and enable backfill support as needed.·         Provide technical subject matter expertise for Central IT sponsored projects·         Maintain Network Architecture and Standards
