Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive):
The Army Community Services Analyst work with the following programs for US Army Garrison Italy:
- Military Relocations
- Transitions
- Translation
- Cultural Integration
- Customer Service
- Italian language Class Facilitation
Qualified Candidates must possess:
Associate’s Degree
Possess, or be able to obtain, a Secret Security Clearance
Expert skills at dealing with complex situations and analyzing complex data and information systems.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Windows
Must be able to operate a personal computer to input, store, retrieve, and manipulate data, is required.
Strong organizational skills and a confident, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, positive mindset will be a great asset to these positions.
Experience working with military service members or their Family is required.
Ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in written and oral English and Italian.
2 Years experience working with military relocations, transitions, translation, cultural integration, customer service and Italian Language class facilitation.
