Essential Job Functions: We are looking for an individual who welcomes the challenge and satisfaction of providing essential outpatient psychiatric care to cardiac patients and their families. Social worker with eligibility for New York State licensure. Experience performing intake evaluations and providing psychotherapy and care coordination/case management services for adults. Preferred Qualifications: Clinical experience in an adult psychiatry outpatient program, including cognitive behavioral, motivational and group therapy.
