The Impact You'll Have: As the Director of Landscape Architecture, you will spearhead our business development initiatives and contribute significantly to the overall growth of the team. You will work closely with our clients, developers, counties and other municipalities to develop plans, manage the design process and lead production efforts. Responsibilities: Lead client outreach for new project marketing Create marketing plans and assist in proposal writing Manage and assist in the development of complete project documents that include urban design, mixed-use, commercial, multi-family and single-family developments.
