We're seeking full-time Outpatient Clinical Therapists in Mercer County to support the mental health needs of the Township's First Responders. This role involves providing individual and group counseling, conducting assessments, diagnosing using DSM V and ASAM criteria, and developing collaborative treatment plans. The therapist will document care in the EMR, manage psychiatric crises, and coordinate with medical staff and community resources.   Position Requirements NJ LCSW with at least three years of post-licensure clinical experience, including crisis management and trauma care. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team under the guidance of Medical Directors.
