The SSR acts as the account manager for our valued customers. You will visit numerous customers throughout the course of the day, maintaining and servicing our dish machines and ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving.
The Service and Sales Representative must astutely divide time between five key areas of activity. They are: customer service and developing close relationships with each account, sales of companion products and development of new accounts, mechanical preventative maintenance of equipment, invoicing and collection of accounts receivable, and safe driving. The Service and Sales Representative must provide high quality service to our customers and consistently increase revenue.

1. You will be put through a highly interactive, structured, in-field route system training program, focused on customer service and sales to existing customers.
2. You will move quick, think fast, and juggle lots of tasks as you hone your customer service skills in meeting the needs of our customers. You will be in the field working on our equipment, troubleshooting customer issues, and resolving customer problems.
3. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and entrepreneurial spirit are crucial to your success. You will be focusing on customer satisfaction, sales and customer retention.
4. You’ll need to have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
