EHR/Workflow Telephone Interviewer

On Behalf of SRA International, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Telephone Interviewers to work in SRA’s Research Center in Durham, NC.

This position will require Interviewers to conduct telephone interviews for health care and social science research studies from a work station in the research telephone center's computer-assisted telephone interviewing facility. We're currently looking for interviewers with a variety of experience levels, from beginner to lead and those that aren't afraid of rejection on the phone and know ways to work around it, without being pushy. Experience getting around "gatekeepers" is a big plus. Interviewers will be expected to work at least 4 hours shifts. Telephone Interviewers must have experience working in a medical office setting or on this study in the past, since you will be calling to speak with medical professionals. Our client is an organization that believes in promoting from within based on strong performance. Available shifts will be Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-7pm. This is a contract assignment that will last up to 9 weeks, with the possibility of exploring other study opportunities once this assignment has ended.
