Join an intensive outpatient program dedicated to supporting participants recently discharged from inpatient care. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each participant's unique needs, promoting progress toward wellness and recovery. Provide therapeutic counseling to support clients in building effective coping skills and resilience. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
