Diversity at our agency means fostering a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person's talent and strengths.   Position Program Supervisor CR   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location Port Jefferson, Back House   Salary $68,000   Days/Hours Tuesday - Friday; 9am - 5pm & Saturday; 8am - 4pm   Description Concern Housing is seeking a  Program Supervisor for the CTAP Program to be responsible for the overall supervision of the CTAP program and responsible for managing the program in a manner that promotes client growth, safety, and the effective delivery of rehabilitation services.    Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the provision of direct care services; manage caseloads accordingly; provide direct support to clients during times of staffing challenges. Supervise program staff on a weekly basis; provide staff training as needed. Ensure program compliance with agency standards of care as well as regulatory guidelines, including OMH’s licensed program requirements and Medicaid billable services, such as: the provision of 6 services monthly to each client Service Plans and Reviews according to due date requirements the obtainment of Physician Authorizations according to due date requirements Maintain up-to-date tracking systems of all documentation due dates to ensure compliance. Complete periodic staff evaluations; participate in hiring and dismissal of staff. Ensure staff remain in compliance with agency-issued documentation sign-offs and Relias trainings. Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support. Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
