Reunification Support Coach Supervisor needed for full-time, temp to hire position in Philadelphia County.
The Reunification Support Coach Supervisor (RSCS) manages up to five coaches, ensuring the effective use of a parent-centered coaching model to help families address reunification barriers. The RSCS reviews Goal Action Plans (GAPs), monitors parent progress, and uses data to track participation, service connections, and outcomes. This role provides regular supervision, documentation oversight, and ensures compliance with program standards.
The RSCS collaborates with Community Umbrella Agencies (CUAs), prepares reports for Family Court, and supports staff development in areas like motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care. The position operates both on-site and remotely, with travel to CUAs, Family Court, and community sites, and requires availability for evenings and Saturdays.

MSW (BSW with strong case management and supervisory experience considered). Minimum 5-6 years’ child welfare experience, with knowledge of Philadelphia DHS and CUAs preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required, along with Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. |
