Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions and maintain caseloads. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Participate in weekly clinical case conferences. Participate in weekly supervision with the Clinical Director. Provide continuing stay reviews. Attend staff meetings daily and inform staff of any important participant information. Implement a recovery process for participants.   Position Requirements MSW and two years of related experience or BSW and four years of experience. Experience with substance abuse treatment and knowledge of alcoholism and other addictions, with particular attention to the needs of addicted women and their children. Clinical experience conducting individual, group therapy, and family intervention. Have the ability to establish professional limit setting.
