Share Email Opening Title Hostess/Cashier - Carter Green Steakhouse  Description The Host/Cashier is responsible for greeting and seating guests. The Host/Cashier is responsible for taking reservations and listening to phone messages, seating guests, wiping down menus, counting number of diners, processing payment transactions for Servers including cash, credit cards, player’s points and complimentary vouchers.  The Host/Cashier is responsible for  updating seating charts, working closely with servers and cooks to ensure smooth delivery, and saying goodbye to guests as they leave. This position reports to the Manager.   Position Requirements Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma,  or GED.
