This is a 9a-5p position that is paid hourly if temporary and salary if permanent. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing psychosocial support to residents and their families, assisting with treatment plans, and promoting the overall well-being of individuals in our care. For the temp position, hourly rate to be determined, based on qualifications of the social worker. For the permanent position, Annual Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000 annually. Also, benefits for permanent position include generous PTO, medica/dental, company perks, employee recognition programs, and team-like atmosphere.   Position Requirements Requires Bachelors or Master's degree in Social Work and experience in working with the elderly population, in long-term care, or a related setting.
