This individual will play a key role in supporting attorneys and the paralegal/manager with the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, assisting the legal team, and helping ensure compliance with client and legal regulations. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal staff Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence Assist in maintaining case files and ensuring all records are up to date Communicate with clients and other parties in a professional manner Support the firm in maintaining compliance with all relevant legal standards and procedures     Position Requirements Prior legal experience preferred but not required Excellent writing, proofreading, customer service, and communication skills Ability to take direction and work independently Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using and learning new computer programs and web-based systems   This position is 100% On-Site in Winston-Salem,NC   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Location Brock & Scott, PLLC - Winston-Salem   Shift -not applicable-   This position is currently not accepting applications.
