Advocate/Office Assistant 


Description Responsibilities include clerical tasks including reception and back up services for each position. Maintains client files and provides direct advocacy services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, general crime and legal advocacy. Orders, maintains and distributes office supply inventory to include brochures, educational materials and agency forms. Maintains, tracks and reports information on volunteer hours and clients served. Provides education, training and support to volunteers. Provides back-up on call coverage for the advocacy/crisis program as needed.  

Position Requirements

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field.  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Other Credentials Required: Driver's License, Vehicle Liability Insurance
