Therapists will provide virtual therapy sessions from Telehealth Vans stationed on campus and work in collaboration with local Jewish organizations and student groups.   M, W, F 9a-4p and Tu, Th 11a-8p providing accessible mobile mental health services to Jewish student populations across multiple Boston-area college campuses. Key Responsibilities:  - Deliver culturally sensitive and trauma-informed individual therapy to Jewish college students  - Provide virtual counseling from our mobile units stationed on school campuses  - Collaborate with Jewish campus organizations to enhance outreach and engagement  - Maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards  - Participate in regular clinical check-ins and supervision (if required)  -Adapt therapeutic approaches to support diverse needs within the Jewish community, including Hebrew-speaking students      Position Requirements - Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and current LCSW license in Massachusetts  - Must identify as Jewish (for cultural alignment with the communities served)  - At least one candidate must be fluent in Hebrew (spoken and written)  - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with adolescents/young adults  - Strong understanding of Jewish culture, identity, and traditions  - Comfortable working independently in a mobile, virtual counseling environment    This position is currently accepting applications.
