Description

We are seeking two (2) Jewish LCSWs and one (1) Hebrew-speaking LCSW to join our culturally competent clinical team. Therapists will provide virtual therapy sessions from Telehealth Vans stationed on campus and work in collaboration with local Jewish organizations and student groups.  

M, W, F 9a-4p and Tu, Th 11a-8p providing accessible mobile mental health services to Jewish student populations across multiple Boston-area college campuses.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Deliver culturally sensitive and trauma-informed individual therapy to Jewish college students 

- Provide virtual counseling from our mobile units stationed on school campuses 

- Collaborate with Jewish campus organizations to enhance outreach and engagement 

- Maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards 

- Participate in regular clinical check-ins and supervision (if required) 

-Adapt therapeutic approaches to support diverse needs within the Jewish community, including Hebrew-speaking students 

 

 
Position Requirements

- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and current LCSW license in Massachusetts 

- Must identify as Jewish (for cultural alignment with the communities served) 

- At least one candidate must be fluent in Hebrew (spoken and written) 

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with adolescents/young adults 

- Strong understanding of Jewish culture, identity, and traditions 

- Comfortable working independently in a mobile, virtual counseling environment
