Load, secure, and unload materials at job sites, ensuring accurate deliveries per ticket. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues to the Logistics Manager. Safely operate a Moffett lift to place materials at designated site locations. Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, including Hours of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Devices (ELD). Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel regarding delivery status or concerns. Maintain delivery documentation, logs, and reports as required. Assist in warehouse loading as needed. Our Ideal Candidate: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with CRM software. Experience in logistics, trucking, or warehouse operations. Strong understanding of DOT safety, HOS, and compliance regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective time management and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks. Awareness of ergonomic principles and ability to adhere to safety standards. Strong ability to operate and troubleshoot tablets, smartphones, and other digital tools for daily tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and reporting. Requirements: At least 21 years old Ability to lift 100+ lbs. repetitively. Employment eligibility. Valid Class A CDL license with an approved driving record. Extended Sitting: Sit for up to 6-8 or more hours daily while operating the truck or waiting at job sites. Physical Endurance: Navigate uneven surfaces and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
