The ideal candidate will have experience handling contested mortgage foreclosure actions and a strong litigation background.   Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze newly contested mortgage foreclosure cases. Develop and implement strategic litigation plans to efficiently resolve disputes through final judgment, court action, or settlement. Provide clients with legal counsel on the implications of pending litigation, recommended strategies, and potential outcomes. Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Review and approve client invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.   Position Requirements Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) Bar Admission: Active member of the Florida Bar (Federal District Court admission in Florida is a plus).   Experience: Minimum 2 years of legal practice At least 3 years of litigation experience Minimum 3 years in foreclosure or foreclosure litigation Experience handling at least one trial or evidentiary hearing with witnesses preferred   Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level or higher).
