Description

The primary duty of a Junior Associate is to evaluate documents for other lawyers, reviewing and analyzing data to determine whether the records are relevant to a particular case. As a Junior Associate, your responsibilities include highlighting and finding pertinent information that may need to be processed for use in court.

 

 
Position Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

  • View a high volume of litigation documents with high productivity and accuracy
  • Review documents for relevance and privilege for ongoing litigation
  • Identify key information and effectively communicate findings to the associates

 

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate; 0-2 years
  • Be a member of and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance
  • Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking

This is a remote position based in Ft. Lauderdale/ Tampa FL.
