Share Email Opening Title Public Area Heavy Duty Porter  Description The HEAVY DUTY PORTER is responsible for the deep cleaning, sanitation and property presentation of all Public Areas including but not limited to the parking facilities, back offices, halls and elevators.  The position requires the ability to safely and effectively operate heavy duty equipment, carpet shampooing, moving furniture, garage and ground areas, deep cleaning floors, etc. Delivers supplies where needed in bathrooms, offices and other supply closets.     Position Requirements High School or GED Equivalent preferred.  Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver License or State issued ID.
