Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with me-ality, has immediate openings for Size Matching Station Managers.  The Size Matching Station Manager is responsible for the management of all Size Matching Specialists at a given Station location. Station Managers may be involved in the hiring, performance management, and/or training of Size Matching Specialists.

  • Meet retail Station targets and objectives, in terms of attracting and retaining customers, increasing  number of scans per day, increasing number of recommendation reports per customer, and customer satisfaction
  • Motivate and inspires team to successfully meet targets/quotas set for scanner
  • Communicate sales targets, company policies, procedures, expectations and other items to team and ensures execution of sales targets
  • Monitor and prioritize scheduling of Size Matching Specialists, ensuring accurate coverage during mall hours
  • Ensure Station is sufficiently staffed for maximum productivity
  • Oversee daily Station/equipment maintenance, including: monitoring Station inventory levels, cash levels, daily sales envelopes, ordering supplies, and trouble-shooting challenges as necessary
  • Handle and resolve onsite customer inquiries, expectations, and issues, ensuring that customer satisfaction is paramount. 
  • Ensure that Size Matching Specialists adhere to high standards for customer satisfaction
  • Participate in weekly conference calls with team of managers/regional manager and efficiently reports Station status
  • Partner with Unique Solutions corporate office to determine future best practices, innovative ideas, processes, and enhancements at the Station level
  • Act as liaison between Size Matching Specialist and Area/Regional Manager, suggesting opportunities for improvement and providing qualitative feedback to corporate
  • Contribute to increasing number of scans and reports and “lead generation” in all areas of the company
  • Act as a “Unique Ambassador” at all times, to reflect the quality of the brand we are building
  • Train/Develop specialist on four station KPI’s
    • Sweeping
    • Line control
    • Scan operations
    • Shopping guide recommendations
  • Build and Maintain productive working relationships with Mall Management and Retailers
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role and 2-3 years experience in a retail sales environment working to sales targets/quotas
  • Experience organizing and managing staffing schedules
  • Experience working with computers required (internet, MS word and excel)
  • Experience working independently, while ensuring effective communication to a corporate management team
  • Familiar with apparel industry
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of garment sizing and fit parameters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding listening, questioning, and persuading skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds and may be required to lift 50 pounds
