Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
Memory Care Units
Assisted & Independent Living Communities
Outpatient Services
You'll help patients regain independence, restore function, and improve their quality of life using evidence-based, patient-focused approaches.

Qualifications
Licensed or eligible to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Illinois
SNF experience preferred - new graduates welcome
Familiarity with Net Health is a plus (training available)
Strong commitment to quality patient care and collaboration
