Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Status: PRN (open needs throughout the week and weekends)
Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for flexible PRN opportunities? Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking additional weekend OT coverage in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin areas.

Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based physical therapy services
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to drive positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For
Current Illinois Occupational Therapist
SNF experience preferred, but new grads are welcome!
Familiarity with Net Health software is a plus (training available!)
