Join Our Compliance Team at Prism!

As a Compliance and Government Affairs Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering excellence while navigating the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of medical compliance.  Your work will directly enhance the client experience and ensure patients and providers receive the exceptional care and support they deserve.

A Day in the Life of a Compliance and Government Affairs Professional
  1. Assist with medical/insurance compliance tasks and special projects; including but not limited to government agency audits and appeals.
  2. Remain current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  3. Investigate regulatory inquiries as assigned and provide accurate information to all business stakeholders to provide an increased awareness of applicable regulations as it pertains to the inquiry;
  4. Assist in interdepartmental problem solving collaboration through communication with regulatory agencies and department Coordinators.
  5. Continually evolve to understand the current market as well as competition that we face in each region.
  6. Assist in the generation of monthly and quarterly Quality Improvement data.
  7. Opportunity to cross-train and support other functional areas within the company as needed.
  8. Any other duties as assigned by the Compliance and Government Affairs Coordinator.
Education and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • General knowledge of medical business organization and operations.
  • Knowledge of government and commercial insurance regulations preferred.
  • Computer navigation comprehension.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
