A steward's primary responsibilities revolve around maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, including washing dishes, cleaning kitchen and restaurant areas, and ensuring proper storage of equipment and utensils.
Responsible for stocking all china, keeping areas sanitized and organized.
Complies with all methods of safely handling cleaning supplies and chemical with the use of PPE's.
Monitors area supplies and communicates to immediate supervisor.
Assists other team members in wear washing. Ability to work additional hours as needed.
