Position Advertising & Services Sales Manager

The Advertising & Services Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising opportunities across AREA15's districts and essential services to tenants, including ticketing, operations, warehouse space, cleaning, security, and more. This role requires a proactive sales professional who can build relationships, create tailored sales strategies, and maximize revenue opportunities within AREA15's ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to sell advertising placements throughout AREA15, including digital signage, experiential activations, sponsorships, and branded content.
  • Create unique packages of advertising offerings that resonate with buyers.
  • Identify and engage potential advertisers, including brands aligned with AREA15's target audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop advertising packages and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close advertising deals, ensuring maximum yield from available inventory.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, working with internal teams to optimize placements and execution.
  • Create and sell service packages for tenants (attractions, retail, food & beverage) to enhance their operations.
  • Promote AREA15's ticketing and operations services, helping tenants optimize sales and event management.
  • Offer warehouse/storage solutions, ensuring tenants have the necessary space and logistics support.
  • Sell cleaning, security, and maintenance services, providing cost-effective, high-quality solutions for tenants.
  • Be available for urgent matters.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.
  • Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.
  • Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, real estate, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing long-term client relationships.
  • Experience selling advertising inventory, sponsorships, or brand activations.
  • Strong understanding of operational services for businesses, including ticketing, logistics, and security.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
  • Passion for immersive entertainment, experiential marketing, and creative brand partnerships.
  • Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, extreme cold.
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft applications. (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke.
