We are a leading provider of rehabilitation services across the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin areas, offering Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in post-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, home settings, and outpatient locations.

Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services aligned with CPT's standards and facility goals
Maintain best practices in rehabilitation services
Manage administrative tasks to support day-to-day rehab operations
