Share Email Opening Title General Maintenance  Description The General Maintenance is responsible for maintenance, and repair of the grounds, buildings, and equipment of the facility including performing a variety of skilled technical duties and semi-skilled labor in the operation and maintenance of the facility. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of air conditioning/heating, electrical, kitchen, plumbing, machine service, carpentry, upholstery, painting, plastering, landscaping, welding, and/or general maintenance as directed.     Position Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required.  Must have a valid Driver License or State issued ID.
