We have an exciting opportunity for you! At Community Physical Therapy (CPT), we are expanding our Continuum of Care (COC) program, and we would love for you to be a part of it.
Our COC program offers home care and outpatient therapy services to residents of Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities-allowing them to receive quality care right where they live.
