Nemetschek Vectorworks is looking for Regional Account Managers to join our North American Sales Force. The Account Manager will be responsible for creating and driving new business while maintaining and growing relationships with our existing customers. The Account Manager will be responsible for meeting/exceeding revenue targets associated with their territory by developing a strategic territory plan and executing against it through effective pipeline management.
Key Job Responsibilities
Prospecting - responsible for identifying, obtaining information and qualifying prospects that are candidates for Company offered technologies.
Pipeline Management – maintain target list, prospecting via telephone, prepare sales quotations, follow-up and objection management, close orders, and ensure customer success
Presentations -develop, and deliver value based presentations and software demonstrations to qualified prospects and existing customers
Relationship Building -maintain and grow existing relationships with-in region, ensure key account success, seek out networking opportunities that drive growth within assigned region.
Industry/Academic Relationships - develop strong relationships with industry organization sand academic institutions. Support their success and develop networking opportunities.
Events -participate and assist in national and local events / tradeshows
Revenue Goals - achieve sales goals associated with assigned territory
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
This is an outside sales position requiring a home-based office. Travel with-in region and meetings at headquarters is required. Positions are available in Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, LA, San Francisco, and Seattle.
