On Behalf of SRA International, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time Telephone Interviewers (TIs) for a government sponsored research study.
The Environmental Polymorphisms Registry Health and Exposure Survey is designed to gather health, family history of disease, environmental exposures and lifestyle data on adult EPR subjects. The EPR is a registry established to collect and store DNA samples from 20,000 volunteers from North Carolina and to serve as a resource to scientist investigating genotype-driven translational research of chronic conditions.

Telephone Interviewers will be responsible for conducting telephone interviews with EPR respondents using pre-determined scripts and will record responses in a computerized system. TIs must demonstrate the ability to speak clearly and read scripts and questionnaire items verbatim, and to accurately enter information into a computer. They must have the ability to engage respondents and have a pleasant, engaging telephone voice, and excellent call etiquette and interpersonal skills.
The pay rate for this position ranges from $10.
