Quality Assurance Clerk 


Description

The Quality Assurance Clerk will be responsible for tracking and processing credit life and disability claims as well as basic account reconciliations. This individual must be organized, accurate, possess good communication skills, and display initiative in handling their daily functions.  He/She must possess following qualifications:

  • familiarity with Credit Life & Disability Insurance
  • ability to communicate with Credit Union members in an articulate and professional manner; ability to demonstrate tact and sensitivity when dealing with distressed members.
  • PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
