Description

Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Me-Ality, has immediate openings for Size Matching Specialists.  The Size Matching Specialist will be reporting to the Station Manager.  Size Matching Specialists are responsible for representing Me-Ality Station services to customers while carrying out the day to day operation of the Me-Ality Size Matching Station.

Responsibilities

  • Meet retail Station targets and objectives as communicated by Station Manager, in terms of attracting and retaining customers, increasing  number of scans per day, increasing number of recommendation reports per customer, and customer satisfaction
  • Greet and interact with customers, promoting and facilitating use of Station service
  • Adhere to high standards in customer service protocols
  • Effectively and accurately communicate Station value and benefits
  • Guide the customer through the Station process, giving clear, concise instructions and setting the proper expectations
  • Act as a positive, polished, fashionable “face” of the Station service and Unique Solutions to all external clients (customers and partners)
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues with Station equipment, as they arise
  • Keep facilities in order, conduct daily maintenance as necessary
  • Meet pre-determined standards on an assigned basis
  • Suggest process improvements and enhancements for the future of Me-Ality’s Size Matching Station through Station Manager
  • Respond to onsite customer inquiries, expectations, and issues, ensuring that customer satisfaction is paramount- and when necessary involving Station Manager
  • Contribute to increasing number of scans and reports and “lead generation” in all areas of the company
  • Act as a “Unique Ambassador” at all times, to reflect the quality of the brand we are building
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
 

Position Requirements
  • Experience working to sales targets/quotas independently and as part of a team
  • Outstanding listening, questioning, and persuading skills
  • Experience working with computers is required
  • Familiar with the apparel industry
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of garment sizing and fit parameters, retail clothing brands and retail shopping in general
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds and may be required to lift 50 pounds
