Works as part of a team providing group and rehabilitation counseling and service coordination to promote recovery of consumers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Display commitment to the goals of Delaware House Partial Care program and its responsiveness to the needs of consumers. Facilitate groups and activities that address the social, vocational, financial, and skill learning needs of the consumers. Participate in treatment planning and review representing the needs and goals of the consumer as presented during Partial Care Services. Maintain accurate and current documentation of the consumer's participation and services provided in the Partial Care Program. Participate in staff meetings and training opportunities. Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary and appropriate by the Program Supervisor and Director.   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human behavioral science, such as social work, psychology, sociology, guidance and counseling or child development. Related experience preferred. Commitment to the Recovery Model.       Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Weekly Work Hours 40   Proposed Salary $38,400 w/Bachelors, $42,500 w/Master's with requirement that they obtain initial license (MSW or LAC) before end of probationary period. $45,500 if already in possession of initial clinical license   Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM  This position is currently accepting applications.
