The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable and inviting guest rooms. In this position, you will be expected to clean and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas while ensuring a positive guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleans and maintains assigned guest rooms ensuring established standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met. V
Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops, replenishing supplies as needed. Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
Greeting guests and responding to queries. Changes bed linen and making beds. Restocks beverages and food items in the minibar. Updates status of guest rooms on assignment sheet. Returns and restocks cleaning cart at shift end. Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, procedures, internal control, and safety regulations.
