mindSHIFT Technologies is looking for an experienced Microsoft technician (MCSE 2008 favored) who will provide remote and onsite technical support to our small and mid-sized business clients. This person will have account management and retention responsibility for multiple customers, with an expectation to be viewed as client’s trusted IT advisor.
•Highly customer focused with excellent customer service skills and professionalism is essential. • Working knowledge of LAN networking/distributed computing environment (client/server). • Experience in Active Directory and configuring network routers highly desired but not mandatory. • Good trouble shooting skills, able to solve problems quickly and completely without assistance • Ability to multi-task with a positive can-doÂ¯ attitude in a busy technical work environment. • Strong problem solving skills and ability to present technical concepts in layman terms • Self-driven and highly motivated with a positive mental attitude and ability to work without close supervision. • Good organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience using remote monitoring, ticketing and CRM systems highly desirable • Experience with Citrix, VMware, terminal servers and remote connectivity is a plus.
