Share Email Opening Title Carter Green Steak House Bus Person  Description The Busser provides an exceptional dining experience by ensuring fast, friendly service of guests entering the restaurant, as well as, cleaning and resetting of tables and chairs in a timely manner. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:  Greets guests immediately upon their seating, maintaining a cheerful, courteous demeanor and a professional image. Provides personalized service and uses guests’ names and preferences when known. Communicates with Server or other staff to help resolve any issues or needs for guests. Maintains a clean environment by removing trash from tables, chairs, floor, service stations and restaurant. Removes used dishes, glassware, and flatware from tables and brings used items to the designated area for washing. Resets assigned tables with silverware, linen, glassware, flatware, in accordance to restaurants specifications.   Position Requirements Must be 18 years of age with a High school diploma or GED. Must possess at least 1-2 years’ previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or previous experience working in a customer service field. Must have knowledge of food and alcohol safety protocols. Must have the ability to build rapport with guests, and staff to include a high level of customer satisfaction. Must have the ability to use good judgment in decision making, problem solving skills, and excellent communications which will be utilized with guests.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time and/or Part-Time   Pay Rate   Position Carter Green Steak House Bus Person   Location Island View Casino Resort   This position is currently not accepting applications.
