Share Email Opening Title RN Infusion Care Coordinator  Category Nursing   Location Golden Valley   Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time   Shift Days   Work schedule 8 hours per day, 4 days per week   Req Number NUR-25-00001   Open Date 1/17/2025   Description Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide care coordination for  infusion patients reviewing their medical history, diagnostics, lab, creating and maintaining a complete patient profile.  This position is also responsible for updating and maintaining the CMS registry involving amyloid therapies.  **This is a 32 hour per week, hybrid role, with the opportunity to work remotely and spend 1 day a week in our Golden Valley office.** We are seeking candidates who have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Patient centered, strong customer service orientation. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines and troubleshoot and resolve problems. Ability to work independently, exhibit mature judgment and make sound decisions. Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion. Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. High degree of proficiency with EPIC electronic health system   Position Requirements A.S. or B.S.N. degree in Nursing with basic knowledge of neurology. At least 3 years of experience in nursing; neurology experience desired.
