Share Email Opening Title Counter Attendant - The Diner  Description The Counter Attendant provides an exceptional guest experience by greeting guests upon arrival, taking orders and fulfilling orders in an accurate and professional manner. EXAMPLES OF JOB DUTIES:  Greets guests immediately upon their arrival, maintaining a cheerful, courteous demeanor and a professional image.  Maintains current and accurate knowledge of menu items and pricing. Wait on guests sitting at the bar; suggest items to guests based on their expressed preferences.     Position Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent.  Experience in cash handling or retail required. Must be able to operate cash register, computer and phone.
