Email Opening Apply Now Title Quality Control Technician - Vehicle Delivery Center - East Bay (Benicia)  Category Technical Services   Number of Openings 1   Location Richmond   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Description JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for the inspection of new vehicles, and the quality of control of all repairs before delivery of the vehicles.   RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES: Conduct detailed inspection of vehicles for exterior and interior fit and finish quality with attention to paint quality or panel assembly fit Inspect vehicle functionality to identify properly functioning services and identify features that are not functional and need diagnosis or repairs. Identify defects, errors, or other issues with products and document them appropriately Maintain detailed documentation of all quality control inspections and tests Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures Work with and support repair technicians to resolve vehicle issues   Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in quality control or related field is a plus 5+ years of practical experience as an automotive quality control technician or similar role Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations Ability to operate and maintain automotive testing equipment Detail oriented with strong observation skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills   VinFast Auto is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation.
