This role will conduct software/FOTA (firmware over the air) updates. RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES: Ability to diagnose and repair general electrical systems, while maintaining high voltage awareness Proficient use of all OBD based diagnostic tools and resources Familiar with updating vehicle software system using OBD or remote server based tools Follow correct repair order documentation of all repair procedures Support pre delivery inspections for vehicles prior to delivery Work with the appropriate management software to properly document the vehicle repair process Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry     Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience 21+ years of age, to comply with company driving policy Ability to drive a work truck/trailer Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized; strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, as well as learn proprietary DMS software EPA 609 Certification ASE Certification(s) Must possess a valid driver license VinFast Auto is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation.
