Share Email Opening Apply Now Title ICF Home Manager  Description The ICF Home Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ICF-IID group home. This position is responsible for assisting with fulfilling the mission, purpose and core values of the Ministry and assisting the QIDP and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with planning and implementing person centered programs, activities and trips for the benefit of the individuals we serve. This position will be responsible for the staffing and scheduling of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Kronos changes of staff as directed by the Program Director. This position will also perform DSP responsibilities when necessary. This position provides a vital link between the QIDP, LPN and DSPs at the home, as well as the individuals, family/guardians and other outside individuals who provide services and opportunities for the individuals we serve.   Position Requirements Position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED with an Associate Degree in a human services related field preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in the Developmental Disability field. Prior supervisory experience and experience within an ICF-IID group home is preferred. The position will require a minimum, new employee orientation, CPR, First Aid, and program specific or behavioral management certifications, Delegated Nursing Med Pass Training within 30 days of hire or assuming position. The incumbent must maintain the appropriate certifications and not allow them to lapse / expire. The position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with EHVI policy to drive a corporate vehicle. Position also requires a basic knowledge and ability to operate Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, general computer software (I.E.
