Description

Bilingual Crime Victim's Therapist needed for full-time, hybrid position in Philadelphia.

The Bilingual Crime Victim's Therapist provides therapeutic services to adults who have experienced victimization in the East Division of Philadelphia. Working closely with the Crime Victim's Manager, the therapist conducts mental health assessments and administers evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload of 30 clients annually, providing individual, group, and family therapy.

  • Conduct assessments and deliver trauma-focused, evidence-based interventions.

  • Complete required documentation and administer pre- and post-assessment tools.

  • Participate in community education, recruitment, and Philadelphia Crime Victim Collaborative Meetings.

  • Develop culturally responsive therapeutic approaches.

 
Position Requirements

PA LSW or PA LCSW required with 2+ years in trauma and abuse counseling; adult experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. CBT and TREM preferred (can be obtained post-hire).
