Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, Thurs-Sun, Sat & Sun, 8:30 am - 5 pm Provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapy (group, individual, family) for clients with chemical dependency and co-occurring medical or psychiatric disorders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, treatment plans, reviews, and documentation (e.g., PCPCs). Facilitate group, individual, family, psychoeducational, and specialty sessions. Maintain communication with external systems (e.g., probation, DHS, employers) as needed. Provide crisis intervention, case management, and aftercare planning. Participate in treatment team meetings and maintain collaborative relationships with staff. Comply with hospital safety and infection control policies.   Position Requirements MSW with at least 1 year of clinical experience in health or human services.
