Specific details regarding these benefits will be provided by the team upon offer, tailored to the role. Position Summary: Aunt Millie’s Bakeries is now hiring Maintenance Mechanic. In this role, responsibilities include adhering to safety and food safety regulations, enhancing the Preventative Maintenance program to reduce downtime, and troubleshooting and repairing various systems including PLCs, electrical, and mechanical systems. Duties also involve collaborating with multiple departments, organizing the maintenance shop using 5S methodology, and learning the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Additionally, the position requires training new technicians, communicating effectively, and handling other assigned tasks. Schedule: Availability to work any shift to include Sundays, 12-hour days. Essential Job Functions: Work week consists of three 12-hour days, including one weekend day. Duties include, but not limited to: Maintenance of baking equipment and conveyor system Review, complete and communicate preventative maintenance on machines. Rotate, change, inspect, and install equipment/parts Working with mixing, refrigeration, proofer, and oven equipment Following Good Manufacturing Practices   Minimum Position Qualifications/Education: Qualified applicants will be skilled in the following areas: Welding Electrical Systems – Including power & control circuits Plumbing Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair Other Industrial Maintenance Functions Refrigeration certification is a plus.
