The Attractions Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable operation of AREA15 Attractions by conducting daily safety checks, selling tickets, enforcing safety policies, and providing an exceptional visitor experience. Attractions Operators are instrumental in maintaining the safety and enjoyment of our guests in a dynamic, vibrant, and innovative entertainment environment. The selected candidate will be required to achieve and maintain operation certification for all activations (on-the-job training provided). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Safely load and unload activations. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Enforce ride restrictions. Sell tickets following established policies and procedures. Verify tickets and booking times at each activation. Greet visitors to AREA15 and the activations. Provide visitors with information regarding AREA15. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts. Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction. Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to AREA15 standards. Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Adhere to policies, procedures, and health regulations. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations. Customer service experience is preferred. Previous experience in an amusement setting is preferred. Capable of occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift. Able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Valid work card (Non-Gaming). Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language. Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights, and smoke. Ability to work in all weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, extreme cold.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
