Your role at MOBE

The Manager of Outreach & Engagement plays a crucial role in supporting MOBE’s participant engagement strategies and positively contributes to our overall growth and retention goals. This position involves developing, executing, and optimizing engagement strategies and tactics to enroll eligible participants in our lifestyle and medication services program.

The Outreach & Engagement team is the first contact for many of MOBE participants and is responsible for directly supporting participants by explaining the MOBE program, connecting our value with the participants needs and scheduling initial visits with our guides and pharmacists.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute engagement campaigns, leading and managing a team of engagement specialists, driving operational excellence within an inbound and outbound engagement center environment, and optimizing processes and strategies to enhance participant satisfaction and client results. This position is critical to achieving departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives and nurturing a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day leadership, guidance and professional development of Outreach and Engagement supervisors and staff.

  • Evolve and optimize operational strategies, tactics and processes to drive participant engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute outreach engagement campaigns.

  • Manage and support the execution of engagement campaigns while balancing short- and long-term company objectives for optimal participant experience.

  • Create and/or improve processes to drive efficiency and allow for scalability, inclusive of staffing and automation.

  • Manage operational and team KPIs and regularly deliver progress updates and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders to optimize future strategies and tactics.

  • Partner cross-functionally to identify, develop, and launch enterprise-wide opportunities based on business, participant, and/or industry insights.

  • Manage relationships with external and/or internal technology partners to enable the work (Salesforce CRM, Five9 telephony and other operational systems).

  • Encourage a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement among Supervisors and their teams.

  • Manage supporting operational processes ensuring regulatory, security and contractual compliance.

 

 

 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Requires 3 to 5 years of related experience as an engagement/contact center leader, within a healthcare environment

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

  • Proficiency in contact center technologies and reporting tools

  • Excellent leadership, communication and people skills

  • Strong time management and organizations skills

  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire teams

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, drive for results, and continuous improvement

  • Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and remaining flexible

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative culture and build relationships

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and SharePoint

Preferred

  • Experience in managing change and improving operations

The salary range for this position is: $80,000-$110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
