Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Echoing Hills Multimedia Presentation Specialist. In this role, the individual will be vital in providing support for the individuals we serve and for those who call Echoing Hills their workplace home. This person will be responsible for curating, selecting, and organizing Christian content for our internal network system, EHTV as well as focusing on the layout, formatting, and style of various presentations throughout the organization. This individual will assist in nurturing our company’s spiritual community by providing uplifting, educational, and inspirational Christian content for those we serve and professional content for team members as well as supporting the Training and Development Department with identified training needs. This position will require you to work in a variety of settings, including both indoor and outdoor environments. Hours are generally during the day Monday-Friday, but will include some evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Occasional long hours may be necessary. This position will require you to travel offsite on a frequent basis. This position could require overnight stays. Key Responsibilities: Curate and select Christian content for internal network system, EchoTV, including videos, sermons, devotionals, podcasts, articles, and other relevant materials. Also includes reviewing and approving content to ensure it aligns with Christian values, doctrine, and beliefs. Collaborate with the company’s spiritual leadership team to understand the spiritual needs and preferences of employees. Research and identify high-quality Christian content creators, speakers, and organizations to feature on EchoTV. Create content schedules and programming calendars to ensure a diverse and engaging lineup of Christian content. Coordinate with content creators, including pastors, theologians, worship leaders, and Christian influencers, to produce exclusive content for EchoTV. Monitor viewer engagement and feedback on EchoTV and use insights to continually improve content selection and programming. Stay informed about current events, trends, and topics relevant to the Christian community, and integrate them into EchoTV programming when appropriate. Ensure consistency, clarity, and readability of slides, and other media products used in presentations. Apply branding guidelines and best practices to media presentations.   Qualifications: An Associate’s Degree in Media Sciences or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Understanding of what constitutes Christian and wholesome content. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of video editing software required. Knowledge and understanding of video production as well as Microsoft Suite, CPR and First Aid certifications required within 90 days of hire. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
