DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for providing direct services to trauma-affected newcomers. • Has primary responsibility for cases assigned. • Assists newly enrolled trauma-affected newcomers in acclimating within the organization, and is primarily responsible for guiding them through their work within the agency and with external partners. Documents all work with clients in the agency's case management software system. Responsible for providing high quality care. • Advocates for clients within the organization and externally when clients are referred to network providers. • Will participate in the recruiting of clients for the Client Advisory Board. • Ensures that services are delivered according to the and operational guidelines. • Assists to maintain and continue to develop the where appropriate program's policies and procedures program's services and form partnerships • Compiles, maintains and reports on program statistics, as needed. When indicated, conducts home visits and engages in telehealth sessions with clients. Annual Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000.   Position Requirements • Graduate degree preferred. BSW or MSW required. • Must have previous case management experience. • Experience working with clients across the lifespan is preferred. • Must speak either Spanish, Ukrainian, Pashto or Dari.   This position is currently accepting applications.
